Having to worry for you pet whenever you travel is common to all pet owners. Here at Ohjo's Empire, We provide affordable and quality care for your animal companion while you are away.
We personally keep Guinea pigs, rabbits and chinchillas as pets currently will provide the same quality care for your pet.
Hamsters
$3 a day for 1 hamster
Additional $1 for each subsequent hamster in the same cage.
Food available: Marukan Mixed food for Hamsters and Squirrels
Bedding: Back to nature small animal bedding
Guinea Pigs
$8 a day for 1 Guinea Pig
Additional $3 for each subsequent guinea pigs in the same cage.
Food available: Oxbow Young and Adult Guinea Pig food
Hay: Oxbow Timothy Hay
Bedding: Back to nature small animal bedding
Rabbits
$10 a day for 1 rabbit
Additional $4 for each subsequent rabbit in the same cage
Food Available: Burgess excel and Oxbow for rabbit
Hay: Oxbow Timothy Hay
Bedding: Back to nature small animal bedding
Chinchillas
$15 a day for 1 Chinchilla
Additional $5 a day for each subsequent chinchilla in the same cage
Food: Oxbow for chinchillas
Hay: Oxbow Timothy Hay
Bedding: Back to nature small animal bedding
Chinchillas will be kept in air-conditioned rooms through out their stay
Other information
1 day free for 1 week of stay
An additional 1 day free after 4 weeks of stay
Example: 2 guines pigs in the same cage
1 week = (8+3) X (7-1) = $66
4 weeks = (8+3) X (28-5) = $253
We highly recommend that you provide us with the food and bedding that your pet is comfortable with. A sudden change in diet and bedding may affect digestion and increase stress levels in your pet.
A deposit fee of $30 for hamsters and $50 for any other animals will be applicable prior to the commencement of the service. This is to deter pet abandonment at our premise as well as for emergency veterinarian care at Jireh Veterinary Clinic. additional cost for vet care will be applicable upon pet collection.
We will do our outmost to ensure that your pet remains safe and recieve the best quality care during their stay here. We will not however be held responsible for any unfortunate death during stay. Should such an event occur, charges will not apply from that day onwards. Photos will be taken and the carcass will be kept sealed in plasitc for your collection.
Should serious fighting occur during your pets' stay, the aggressor will be kept in a seperate cage and charges will apply accordingly.
